Our staff are required to have a Food and Alcohol Certification, either ServSafe Management and/or TIPS certification.

No! Rock-Tails is extremely versatile and can cater to events that are looking for only mocktails, soda, juice etc.

Provided that the changes are possible, we will be happy to assist. Rock-Tails does not charge any change fees, however, should the changes incur additional cost or change fees with the vendors directly, RockTails will be sure to advise the client prior to making any changes. Some services may not be changeable depending on seasonakity, availability, legality, or otherwise. 

Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. Rock-Tails requires a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure a date for our bartending services. This deposit will go towards your final event cost.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,ooo or 10% of the event cost is due at time of contract. Certain costs may be due incrementally depending on the deadlines of our vendors. Rock-Tails will make every effort to ensure that all deadlines are outlined at time of contract provided all event items have been selected. 

Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to the date of the event unless otherwise noted for bartending services. If you are using Rock-Tails for your event planning needs, then certain costs will be due incrementally depending on the deadlines of our vendors. Rock-Tails will make every effort to ensure that all deadlines are outlined at time of contract. 

We do offer an add on Cocktail or Wine Tasting for $300 for our bartending services, for locations within 20 miles of Palm Coast, FL. Outside of 20 miles will incur additional costs of travel, accommodation, flights etc. The tasting will include a drink tasting with selected signature cocktails over 2 hours. Clients will provide alcohol and Rock-Tails will provide all other necessary items for up to 6 people. 

To make the process as seamless as possible, a 18% administrative service charge and state sales tax of 7% will be added to the total invoice of all invoices. The service charge goes to the bartenders and event staff that work the event. 

Rock-Tails is insured to serve alcohol but does not carry a liquor license. We can service any private events, where drinks are free to guests (birthday, wedding, shower, corporate event, etc.). We are unable to supply or sell alcohol due to Florida state regulation. Our services include a free consultation with an expert that will help curate the list of alcohol product and quantity suggestions. One of the perks of purchasing your own alcohol is that it significantly reduces the overall event cost. It also gives you the flexibility to choose what products and brands are within your desired budget. We can provide our business license and COI (proof of insurance) to your venue if they require it.

We do not charge any fees to plan your event. The cost of your event, inclusive of all inclusions per your contract, is the final total and will outline all costs for you. In the event of voluntary changes by the client, additional cost may be incurred, check with Rock-Tails to help accommodate your change requests.
